This painting is actually a special request from my nephew Tom. It's the 009 Aston Martin DBR9 that won the 2008 Le Mans GT1 class title. I saw it at the Festival of Speed just weeks after it won and took the photo that the painting is based on. As you can probably tell, I'm a sucker for the Gulf Oil livery

I've been meaning to paint this classic Brabham for ages and finally got started ... early days but I think I like it!
